REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All Sales from the 8BM Figures Collection are final once order has been shipped. No Refunds in the case that a Defective/wrong item is sent. We will gladly Compensate with a special discount on your next order. 

If a package returns to us because the customer put an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping to reship a second time. Please double check your shipping address. The Customer is responsible for keeping an eye on updates for their order in case of any reschedule deliveries, pick ups, and delays. A tracking number will be provided for you Via Email once shipping label is created.
